Be able to critically evaluate mathematics
and statistics in the media (including interpreting and critiquing graphs)
and in their major field of interest
Be able to communicate using descriptive
statistics (average & percent) in a research paper.
Be able to display data with appropriate
excel charts to communicate information.
Use a spreadsheet with statistical and
graphical features in presentation software.
Be able to critically analyze current
trends (through exploratory reading, data analysis and other appropriate
research strategies)
