Fruit Salsa

1 pint Strawberries, chopped

1 papaya, seeded and diced

1 mango, peeled and diced

2 kiwi, peeled and diced

1 cup Walla Walla or Vidalia onion (Bermuda will do in a pinch)

1 juice of a lime

1 TBS sugar (adjust to taste)

4 serrano peppers, seeded and minced

1 TBS fresh mint

2 TBS cylantro, minced

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with Bule corn and "regular" chips.
