Speaker Information/Recommendations:

• Allotted speaking times are determined by the number of speakers in each session. For example, each session lasts 1hr and 45min. If 5 presenters are scheduled for a session, each speaker will be allotted 21min. Please also allow 3-4 minutes for questions. Thus a speaker in a session with 5 presenters should time his/her talk to last 17-18 minutes.

• Each room is equipped with an overhead projector, a pull-down or electric projection screen, a ceiling-mounted digital video projector, wall-mounted speakers, an instructor's podium or desk, a PC, a DVD/VCR player. However, presenters using PowerPoint or other computer-generated presentations should bring a copy of the presentation on overhead transparencies in case there are technical difficulties.

• It is recommended that multiple speakers in a session using PowerPoint or computer-generated presentations designate a speaker to load all of the presentation materials in advance to avoid lost time or faulty connections. Please facilitate this process with your speakers and session chair.
