Advance registration for WNAR/IMS 2009 is now open!!

Registration is accepted by mail, fax or telephone.

Please print and fill out the registration form (PDF) and mail or fax it as directed on the form; OR if you will be calling in your registration, please print out the registration form and review the available options before calling the registration number on the form.

»	Confirmation of your registration will be sent after February 17, 2009. See the form for details.
»	Advanced registration ends May 25, 2009.
»	Late mail-in/call-in registration will be allowed until June 10 subject to an additional $20 fee.
»	On-site registration will be offered with the same late fee.

Cancellation policy

»	If written notice of cancellation is received by May 27, 2009, total fees paid, less a $20 processing fee, will be refunded.
»	If written notice of cancellation is received by June 8, 2009, one-half of total fees paid will be refunded.
»	Requests for refunds will not be honored after June 8, 2009. Mail/e-mail/fax refund requests to Kathie Leck at the address on the registration form.
