ANONYMOUS FRESHMAN INQUIRY OUTCOMES QUESTIONNAIRE - June 1998

The information from these questionnaires will help assess current programmatic outcomes and help guide us for future classes. Any helpful information will be shared with the FRINQ faculty, presumably at the Fall 1998 retreat. This is an anonymous questionnaire. Information on individual questionnaires WILL NOT be released.

DISCLAIMER: This form was prepared on a short timeframe. Although attempts were made to coordinate with other interested parties, given the time constraints, all blame should be addressed to Paul Latiolais (paul@mth.pdx.edu).

Please rate the following student performance outcomes on the scale below:

0- I do not feel I have the expertise nor adequate team/FRINQ support to teach this.

1- I WOULD NOT teach this as I expect students to come to the university with this ability.

2- I DID NOT teach this.

3- I COVERED MOST of what I think this sentence represents.

4- I believe that the MAJORITY OF STUDENTS (who made a C or better) can do this.

5- I have EXTERNALLY VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE that the majority of students can do this.
